Conference Room Booking

Please follow these guidelines when reserving and using conference rooms
to ensure fair access and availability for all agents:

  • All conference rooms must be reserved for the full time you plan to use them.

  • If you are using a conference room, it must be on the calendar for that time period.

  • Conference room reservations are limited to 2 hours per booking to allow access for other agents throughout the day.

Front Conference Rooms

  • Reserved for:

    • In-person client meetings

    • Group meetings

    • Team collaborations

  • Not intended for:

    • Individual work

    • Zoom meetings

    • Phone calls

Zoom & Phone Calls

  • If you need a private space for a Zoom meeting or phone call, please reserve the private Zoom room in the Tech/MLS room.

  • The Tech/MLS room is booked through the front desk.

Please be mindful and courteous when reserving and using shared spaces so everyone has access to what they need. Thank you for your cooperation.
