Leverage the Personal KPA to deepen your relationship with associates and recruits. Use additional KPAs to faciliate insights into their team and their future organizational model.
1. Demonstrate the value of the KPA to the agent.
Provide an example of an agent in the Market Center who benefited from taking the KPA and having it verified.
Provide an example of how you have used the KPA to make better hires.
2. Send the KPA.
Use the KPA Dashboard to send a Personal KPA to the agent.
Download and review the KPA Personal Report.
3. Invite the agent for a KPA verification consultation.
